The people there are not consistent. There were two different people doing my nails, which was just a fill, and one of them had no idea what he was doing. I asked for matte top coat, and that didn't happen. The only good thing is that they are cheap. But I guess you get what you pay for. I'll never go back.

Very bad experience. Terrible customer service. I had a gel manicure and pedicure done on Saturday. Very bad job, did not file my nails, gel manicure had clumps in the polish, lines on the french polish were uneven. I went back on Monday to ask what they could do to help. Julie, who appeared to be in charge said my nails were fine and if they did then again they would look the same. She then started yelling in her ethnic language, I could not understand anything she was saying. I was a loyal customer for five years. I understand that sometimes things go wrong, but I expected good customer service to rectify it but Julie denied me.
I will not go there again, I recommend that you do not either. If they cannot rectify when something is wrong, but happily took my money, do not go!
